Optimization of the process of ensuring the compliance of the object with the standards of “green” construction

Abstract. The article discusses an algorithm for optimizing the process of ensuring compliance of an object with the standards of “green” construction to minimize the environmental impact of a construction object at different stages of building construction, increase the energy efficiency of the construction object and improve the quality of organizational and technological solutions of the construction project. Designing environmentally efficient construction projects will reduce environmental pollution, use resources efficiently and increase the quality and comfort of the external and internal environment. Solving the main problems of designing construction objects in accordance with environmental standards is impossible without computeraided design and database management systems. There is a need for a systematic solution to the problem of landscaping and greening cities and towns. After conducting a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign certification methods, an algorithm was developed for the software package that will optimize the process of compliance with the standards of “green” construction. The implementation of the algorithm will make it possible to reduce the time and cost of designing buildings and structures, increase the accuracy of drawing details and structural elements, improve the quality and technical and economic level of the design results, as well as minimize the costs of manual modeling and testing.
