Abstract. The territory of Russia extends from West to East for more than 10 thousand kilometers. Recently, this land has become of strategic importance in the international arena. The future development of Russia and its international situation will largely depend on the timely development of these territories.
The development of infrastructure in permafrost requires the use of not only special construction technologies, materials, but also special design solutions that can further reduce operating costs, while maintaining the most comfortable conditions for human life.
