Professional development and retraining of capital construction workers of Kursk region

Abstract. The article considers the actual need for professional training and retraining of capital construction workers with different levels of education. It also presents a list of the most popular and promising of building specialties and professions working in the Kursk region, requiring vocational education and included in the Federal list TOP50. Certain organizational pedagogical conditions for the successful implementation of professional training programs for workers of the construction industry in educational institutions of the Kursk region, which can be applied in other regions of the Russian Federation, are proposed here.
