Determination of prospects for improving the performance of the mechatronic complex for the creation of sand and polymer forms by the method of layerbylayer synthesis

Abstract. The improvement of technological processes in the industry leads to a wider application of additive technologies, including the emergence of the need for the use of these technologies in mass production, which imposes increased requirements for the performance of additive plants and their approximation to the performance of traditional technologies, especially the technology of creating sand and polymer molds by layer synthesis. The possible ways of increasing the productivity of the installation for the creation of sand and polymer molds due to various modification directions, both due to technological improvements and due to the layout solutions of the installation are investigated. It is determined that the most promising ways are ways to improve by intellectualization of the system.
