Abstract. The parameters of the choice of systems for geoecological technologies of construction of waste utilization are determined. As parameters, it is proposed to take into account: negative values of the Gibbs free energy, the formation of sparingly soluble substances and gellike products as a result of the process of artificial stone formation.
