Investigation of the deformation diagram of colddeformed reinforcement in tension and compression

Abstract. The mechanical properties of colddeformed reinforcement of class В500С under tension and compression with construction of deformation diagrams are investigated in the article. It has been experimentally established that the stretching of coldformed reinforcement to the level of residual deformation ?_ost1%, both in the manufacture of reinforcement and in special cases of operation in the structure of reinforced concrete structures, leads to a change in the mechanical properties of steel under tension and compression, which should be taken into account when assigning the corresponding standard and calculated values of resistance.
