The problems within the university system of training highly qualified personnel

Abstract. In the conditions of reforming the country’s educational system, the search for activities aimed at improving the higher education system within the university system is especially topical. The system of training highly qualified personnel is aimed mainly at the reproduction of the human resources potential of educational and scientific organizations. The presence in the organization of an effective system of training highly qualified personnel testifies to its sustainable development and increases the prestige of the organization. The article considers the main changes that have affected the system of training highly qualified personnel. It is shown that the main load for the training of highly qualified personnel now falls on postgraduate study. The measures aimed at improving the training of highly qualified personnel within the university system are suggested.
