Abstract. The article describes some features of housetransformers made of metalwood elements. Particular attention is paid to the structural features of houses and the technology of their transformation. The main advantages of transformer houses are shown, including high mobility, speed and ease of transformation, low weight and convenience of transportation. At the same time, it is important to have a high quality of assembly of houses, which is achieved only in the conditions of factory production. The inner frame of the house, which is presented in the form of a frame consisting of beams and columns and installed on it SIPpanels of the floor, walls and coating of fibrolite plates and polyisocyanurate. The connection nodes of these panels are considered among themselves. They are carried out by means of hinges by means of loops. A detailed study of the principle of house transformation and its features, as well as adaptations that facilitate this process. Areas of application of housestransformers and the practical importance of this direction of houses are determined.
