Building and sanitary norms and rules on daylighting are upgrading now. In this regard need for harmonization of calculations daylighting with requirements of CIE regarding the brightness characteristics of sky are ripened.
National GOST R 572602016 standard which is the modified analog of the international ISO15469/CIE S 011/E standard specified a new formula of disstribution of brightness for CIE Standard Overcast Sky. It also entered mathematical descriptions of distribution of brightness for fifteen types of conditions of a cloudiness. Further these types of a cloudiness can be tied to particular territories of Russia.
In article calculation of one of the main coefficients of influence on a direct component of daylight coefficient of nonuniform brightness for CIE Standard Overcast Sky is considered.
Introduction in design practice of the obtained new data will allow: to receive higher calculated values of daylight factor at the side system of a daylighting and to respectively increase density of urban development;
to harmonize methods of calculated researches in our country with international standards by calculation.
