Energysaving technologies in architectural and planning solutions for construction,
reconstruction and technical operation of residential buildings

Abstract.The article is devoted to the problem of energy saving in residential buildings. It deals with steps that are applied to improve energy efficiency of architectural solutions. Considered an influence of the geometric shape of a building on the area of vertical external enclosing structures. The article gives an analysis how the width of a building influence on the area of external enclosing structures and that increasing of the width of the building increase its energy efficiency. In this article there are various criteria and heat and power indicators that are designed for accounting and evaluation of the influence of various factors on the energy efficiency level of a building’s technical solution. Considered methods of passive using the sun’s heat and dependence of orientation of a building in space on the energy consumption.
