Evaluation of strength of structural elements taking into account macrofaults of material continuity

Abstract. In the article the features of estimation of strength of structural elements with account of macroparasite denseness of the material. Exploring the approach of the researcher Shabunevich V. I., which offers to improve the estimation accuracy of the residual strength of samples and elements, natural designs to use the reception and analysis of interferograms of the normal component of the displacement vector of their surface directly to the dangerous, from the point of view of fracture zones (e.g., zones crack tips), the authors comes to the conclusion that its use is possible in engineering practice of structural materials that have different mechanical properties and loading behave differently.
