Abstract. Modern processes of growth, composition and population location cause many complex problems. The current problem related to population today is the process of urbanization and urban growth.
Improving the quality of the urban environment, agglomeration settlement systems, as well as systems of resettlement on a national scale, solving transport problems and environmental problems is determined by the country’s socioeconomic development strategy.
As one of the solutions to the problem, it is proposed to create an automated system for the integrated assessment of performance and implementation of solutions for geoinformation technologies.
