Applying of living environment state assessment methods in construction practice: BREEAM and LEED

Abstract. The most common methods of the environment state assessment used in the construction field are green certificates: BREEAM and LEED. Each of them has its advantages and disadvantages. The article presents a brief comparative analysis of the certification methods. Based on the comparative analysis, that we made, recommendations on the applying of construction certification systems in the green standards are given in the practice of domestic construction.
