Method for calculating the number of transitions through 0°С, 2°С, 4°С and 6°С in the thickness of threelayer brick walls on the basis of a typical climatic year for estimating the durability of external facing layers of enclosing structures

Abstract. This paper presents and discusses calculation results on the number of temperature transitions cycles for 0, 2, 4; 6 degrees on the surface and in the thickness of walls of different designs, oriented to the south, southeast, east, northeast, north, northwest, west and southwest under the influence of hourly changes in temperature and hourly variations of dispersed and direct solar radiation, falling on vertical surfaces, taking into account the heatprotection qualities of wall materials, their thermal inertia properties as well as the decay values of fluctuations in the temperature of the outside air inside the thickness of the walls.
